The company has a 15000㎡ constant temperature and dust-free assembly workshop, which adopts the Swiss KEL-VARIA grinding center, the German WALDRICH heavy-duty gantry milling machine, the Japanese Kurashiki KURAKI milling, and boring machine, the Swiss DIXI high-precision coordinate boring machine, the imported high-precision rail grinder, and the imported precision horizontal processing. The center, imported high-speed laser cutting machine, fully computerized automatic sheet metal spraying line, and other first-class processing mother machines and complete sets of equipment provide a reliable guarantee for the production of high-precision machine tool parts and complete products.

Strict quality management and internal control standards ensure rigorous testing of the entire machine tool design and manufacturing process. 45 inspection items, 632 quality control points, 48-hour high-speed full-stroke load processing test, using German ZEISS three-coordinate measuring instrument, British RENISHAW laser interferometer, and other top precision testing equipment to ensure precise control of all details of the machine tool.
